PATIENT 120 – Blepharoplasty
58yo woman, 5’4’’tall, weight 128 pounds who desired rejuvenation of the upper and lower eyelids. Exam demonstrated normal upper eyelid function with excess skin. The skin of the right upper eyelid was hanging down onto the eyelashes and created some lateral hooding. The lower eyelid tone was adequate, with mild skin excess and pseudoherniation of post-septal fat. Ten week post-operative photographs show the results of bilateral upper and lower blepharoplasty involving removal of skin and fat from each eyelid.
